It's a very high quality switch with a nice feel to it and positive action. Great, just what I wanted. So why only 2 stars? I expect most people will want to buy this because like me, they want/need to replace some old white boxey switch and rather than buy a new white boxey switch, decided to go for something a bit classier. Brushed steel with black insert - looks great in the picture. Looks great when you open the box too, right up until you see that Schneider have decided to paint/electroplate their company name onto the faceplate! I mean, really? Worse than that, from any sort of distance or angle, it just looks like there's a big scratch on the surface. Now that's not shown in the picture (or wasn't at time of purchase/writing anyway). Who wants to advertise an electrical supplier on their light switches, items which are, normally, highly visible in rooms? It's a real shame, as otherwise it is exactly what I wanted. There's no way I can give a higher rating for a product that costs much more than average because it has a decorative plate and finish, only for the company to ruin the aesthetics with their logo!
