Works as expected...read for summary.
It bucks but does not boost, and current can be set to be constant. Set your voltage up to max (match input), when if fails to increase, then increase your current as desired, that current will be maintained even if it has to buck. Depending on you load resistance your max voltage will limit your max current. The pot closest to the center is voltage, the other is current. When turning the pot, counter-clockwise will decrease, clockwise with increase.
