A beautifully written, thoughtful book on our worries. A very important talking point amongst children and this is an excellent starting point. A must on everyone’s bookshelf. I highly recommend it to children and young adults, actually everyone....

This book was superb. Superbly written and fantastic illustration. I highly recommend buying it for both yourself and your young ones.Wish I had this book when I was a child!

Too many of our children and young adults today face these issues of self esteem and lack of confidence that can then snowball out of control. Reading a book like this and looking at the great illustrations will get children talking and hopefully sharing their worries so they don't feel alone. Should be in all schools.
