I have found that this product not only helps with focus & clarity but it has been a major mood booster for me. I have found that I am waking up just in a better mood. I have less anxiety And just overall I feel mentally better, less negative thoughts and more of an even keel response to challenges. It was not what I was expecting, but I am very thankful for it. Now I did find that I cannot take it before I work out in the mornings as it causes me to get lightheaded during my workouts, seriously inhibiting my ability to get a good workout in. This product has definitely helped me focus and increase my memory. Really hard to say. I tried taking on an empty stomach and git really sick. Tried taking after eating and same result. SO incredibly nauseous that I couldn't sleep going. I could literally feel the moment they started to hit because the feeling was so overwhelming and I couldn't function. It was like having morning sickness. They may really work for some people but if you have a sensitive stomach at all, then these may not be for you. Really sad because I had high hopes. Was hoping I could exchange for gummies to see if those were better but its not a returnable item so just a heads up for those out there that may be like me.

Worked very well in the beginning but is losing a little effectiveness over time. Sometimes it makes me shaky. But overall I feel clearer and more energized when I take it in the morning with my coffee.
