I recently switched to the Arm & Hammer Platinum SLIDE Easy Clean Clumping Litter, and it has been a fantastic upgrade from my previous corn-based litter. This is by far the best litter I’ve tried!Pros:Excellent Odor Control: The odor control is incredible. It keeps everything smelling fresh, which is a huge improvement over my last litter. No more unpleasant smells lingering in the room!Kitten-Approved: My 3-month-old kitten took to it immediately with no fuss. I was worried about transitioning, but he’s been perfectly fine with it from day one.Low Tracking: There’s much less tracking around the litter box area, which has made cleaning up a lot easier. It’s a big plus for keeping the floors tidier.Easy Clumping: The clumps form well and don’t break apart, making it super easy to scoop and clean the litter box. The “slide” feature really works, so I don’t have to struggle with sticking litter anymore.Final Thoughts:The Arm & Hammer Platinum SLIDE is a great choice for multi-cat households or anyone wanting a high-quality litter. The odor control, low tracking, and ease of cleaning make it absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

1. The smell control is actually legit.I’ve had litters that start smelling weird after day 2—even with scooping—but this one actually keeps things under control. I use the regular Clump & Seal version and it doesn’t have that fake perfumey scent, which I appreciate. It just smells clean and neutral.2. Clumps well and fast.The clumping is solid. Nothing turns into gross sludge or sticks to the bottom of the box like cement. It forms tight clumps that don’t fall apart when I scoop.3. Way less dust.Some litters kick up a whole cloud when you pour them. This one is definitely on the low-dust side, which is nice for both me and the cats. My shelves don’t get that weird litter dust layer anymore.4. Lasts longer than I expected.I don’t go through it super fast. A big box lasts a good 3–4 weeks with two cats, which is pretty great. Since it clumps so cleanly, I’m not tossing out a bunch of good litter every time I scoop.A couple little things to know:The cardboard box isn’t the easiest to pour from. I just dump it into a sealable plastic bin now and use a scoop—it’s way easier that way.If your cat is picky about texture, this one has a slightly finer grain than some others (not like sand, but smooth). My cats were cool with it right away though.

This product works great! Dust level is low and clumps well. My carport smells nicer too. MY cats love it too!

No dust, no tracking, no smell! Very easy to keep litter box clean. Only downside is the box is extremely heavy!

Tight clumps! I've been out of the clumping litter market for a few years, but I'm back and have never seen such hard, tight clumps as these. They don’t fall apart when you 'claw' them out of the litter and scoop them out. Very much like fine sand. Great smell protection. Seems expensive. But I can't say enough about the great smell protection!

FINALLY, a litter that doesn’t make my poor kitty sneeze! We’ve gone through so many different types and brands of litter, trying to find one my cat wouldn’t be sneezing from — including most of the other Arm & Hammer types. Nothing was working, until we finally tried this one. Arm & Hammer Slide has made all the difference for my cat. There’s less dust even than Arm & Hammer’s “Cloud Control” type — which we tried and my cat’s respiratory system was still irritated by it.However, Arm & Hammer Slide is by NO means perfect. My main complaints about it is the lack of complete smell-control, and easy tracking. But the lack of sneezing makes up for that. The clumping ingredient works pretty well, but every now and again when I’m scooping the litter box out, it will have smaller broken-off piece that fall through the scoop and can be a pain to get out. The smell of the litter itself isn’t bad, it’s a very mellow smell; but it does not mask the fresh poop & pee smell right after my cat does his business. I have to use my air filter every day to keep from smelling it all day. Once it’s clumped it’s a little bit better, but I recommend daily scooping, because even the reduced smell builds up quickly if left for longer than 24 hours. Despite my small grievances with this litter, Arm & Hammer Slide is the only litter I’ve found that my cat doesn’t sneeze from, and we’ll be sticking with it until either a better one is developed or found.

Best litter I have ever used. The litter doesn’t stick to the walls of the box. Easy to scoop. Smells clean. I have tow big cats that won’t use the box if it smells. I don’t have a problem now they go a lot. One negative the litter is finer than sand and goes everywhere when they scratch. But what litter doesn’t?

I’ve purchased this cat litter multiple times now, and it’s easily become my favorite — especially as a multi-cat household. I have three cats and two Litter-Robots, and this litter works perfectly with both.What really makes it a standout is how much it cuts down on tracking. I used to vacuum daily because litter was everywhere — now? I barely need to. There’s hardly any mess outside the box, and that alone is a game changer.It also clumps really well, which keeps things cleaner and makes the maintenance with the Litter-Robots super easy. And for the amount you get, the price makes total sense — high quality at a reasonable cost.If you’re tired of messy litter and constant cleanup, this is the one to try.
