Q: What are the bags dimentions?

It’s smaller than I thought. I have a 2021 - 509 Altitude Helmet and visor. It is an extremely TIGHT fit- with NO ROOM to put anything at all in all the zippered pockets.

Q: Does the bag have any hooks or eyelets that would help strap it to the tail of a motorcycle?

The bag does not have anything to easily attach it to your bike. It is stout and would be fine carrying on the tail if you were to use a couple Rok straps (bungees) through the large, tough top carry handle. It’s more like luggage than on-the-bike gear, but with secure straps, it will do what you need just like my gym bag.
