I’m a baker. I bought this cooling rack because I have limited storage space and at the time I had an order for 1200 cookies. This rack was a lifesaver for that order, and I use it every week, sometimes every day, and it was worth every penny. It’s made of sturdy metal. It closes up and takes up less space than a cookie sheet. The levels can be adjusted in height so I can fit anything from cookies to fresh baked loaves of bread on each tier. I cook and bake very often but for some reason I never had proper cooling racks. I always used the classic just leave it on the sheet and take it off when it's cooled down method. I LOVE this collapsible cooling rack! As a Micro baker, this saves me so much counter space! I also use this in my stand to display my items! It took me a few min. to figure out how to open and collapse it but once i got the hang of it, its super easy!

Ideal para cocinas chicas, no ocupa mucho lugar. Al usarlo muy estable y cumple con el objetivo de enfriar las galletas o macarrones, para estos últimos q no se peguen, espolvorea un poco de azúcar glass.
