The kittens love it! It heats up super fast (I only put it in for 2 1/2 minutes to make it warm, not scolding) and stays that way for at least 5-6 hours. I’m sure if would be more if I didn’t barely warm it up. Mom doesn’t sleep with them much. She feeds and leaves so I wanted to get something to warm them. The pic is the first nap time and the ones who found the buried disk don’t seem to need to pile on each other as much for warmth and fall asleep easily and first. I made a depression to place the rather large disk so the bed is still flush, they didn’t like having to climb. Since then they all seem to gather around the disk and there has been much less screaming while getting comfortable. I’m super happy with it I just wish it had cuter cover options. Oh and this thing is a beast! It a thick boi and doesn’t feel like it would break easily which is great but that also means it’s hard. Just put some fluffy blankets over it and you’ll be fine. The heat comes through no problem. I’m probably buying another when they get a bit bigger. Definitely worth the price!

AMAZING PRODUCT. I bought this for my senior arthritic cat. The heat it puts off is perfect. I sandwich it between the folds of a plush throw on my couch and it has become her nest! The heat lasts a full 12 hours! I don't have to worry about an electrical fire and my cat is comfy and warm. I can't recommend this enough. Get it if you have a cat or dog needs the warmth.

Took a chance and ordered six of these to help a community cat colony stay warm over the winter. My expectations were low, but this product impresses. The disc retains comfortable heat for 10 hours, the cloth cover is quality, washes well, and has a cute paw print pattern. Product comes with a easy-to-read table for heating times based on microwave wattage. My microwave is 1000 watts, so I use a 5 min cycle. The microwave's revolving plate beneath the dish gets VERY warm, so if you're planning to heat multiple discs (one by one only please!!!) like me, let the glass cool between cycles. Planning to order four additional heat pads and recommend them to other community caretakers in the area.

Absolutely love this! I have some ferals I take care of and not all of their houses can have an electric heating element in them. So to prep for winter I bought 2 of these. And trialed them. My microwave is 1000watts to heat time was 5 mins. Left in microwave for 1 minute. Then placed the cover on. Prior to cover it’s 130 degrees. With cover it’s 102 degrees. It instant warms up the heated house. I trialed it outside and in 2 hours it went from 102 degrees to 90 on a 40 degree day. One of my ferals loved it as he sat outside on my dogs outdoor bed. Not tell you how long it will last durability wise of the repeat heating daily so I will edit back. It was warm for 8 hours. Just know it’s pretty hard and doesn’t bend. So you need to be able to access the feral house to place in if your entrance and exit door is the normal 5.5-6 inch to keep other creatures out. It won’t fit thru that hole. So keep that in mind. I purchased 2 more because I have 2 totes I need to heat that doesn’t have a heating element and 1 with a heating element that will be fine.

These are great for my newborn fosters to keep them warm. I also purchased 6 more of them to put in my outside cat shelters during the colder months, they absolutely love them! Only problem I notice, once you use them a while they don’t get as warm or stay warm as long.

Snugglesafe is an excellent product. Microwave it, and it keeps warm for long long time. I used it to provide temporary relief from cold for the stray cats living near where I live and that i have been feeding years. I ordered a SnuggleSafe, but I regret that I have to return some because SnuggleSafe is too large and won't go trough the holes of the termal insulating shelters for the cats. I don't want to enlarge the hole because that will compromise insulation effect. I will, however, keep one or two and use to keep the water bowel for the cats from freezin, at least for a while longer. I highly recommend it.

Durable, soft cover, nice appearance, easy to clean and wash. Safe and chew resistant for your outdoor feral cat house.

This is the best purchase I've made lately for stray cats! I have a few that visit and get food and water but I can't catch them and get them in out of the cold. This is a hard plastic disk that is heated in the microwave. Once heated I cover with a fleece blanket and place inside a pet bed that is out on a covered porch. I've saw three and four cuddled together in that bed with the snuggleSafe! I heated it up around 11pm and at 6am it still had just a tiny warmth to it. This is in outdoor Temps of 30down to 10 degrees. If you have cats seeking refuge from the cold and no means of providing heated houses or other means, this is a great source of heat for those cold nights. It is a hard disk, but covered in the fleece blanket I feel makes it comfortable for those seeking warmth.

Me ha sorprendido mucho el producto. Mantiene horas el calor. Es una buena compra ideal para mascotas y personas. Si tuviese que poner una pega sería que la instrucciones dicen que se debe dejar enfriar antes de volver a calentar, pero es que mantiene tanto el calor que al final queda algo residual y no sé si se podrá calentar llegado a ese punto o se debe de enfriar por completo

Great product. Heat lasts for hours. It’s just a shame it’s rock hard & if cushion put over it limits the heat.
