Q: is this a stand alone game or do you need the main game to use?

It is an expansion for the Core Space Game. You would need a rulebook at a minimum to use this box to play a Core Space Game.

Q: Can this work as a stand alone terrain piece? Or would you need some more Wall peices?

This set comes with some additional wall pieces, but it's principally intended to fit inside a larger setup. Many of the pieces also require plastic clips to fully assemble, which do not come in this set but are available separately or in the Core Space Starter. These are the same clips from other Battle Systems sets, so if you have spare clips, they'd be perfect!

Great expansion for a great game

Absolutely love this game and this expansion only adds to it.The minis are also great as prebuilt plastics with lots detail so can see me using them for Stargrave and Strontium Dog/Judge Dredd games as well
