Reached out to the manufacturer and I had a replacement part faster than Amazon prime got me the original stand. Can't complain and know these guys stand behind their products. 120% happy at this point.Prior review:_________________________________________________________First let me state the base and upright are SUPER SOLID but the amount of torque required to make the monitor not fall forward is absurd. I could not even use the factory hex wrench; luckily had one that was TWICE AS LONG and still I thought the nut or the wrench would break before I got enough friction to make my monitor stop tilting forward under its own weight. We will see if it stays at the correct angle or slowly falls forward over the next few hours or days (at least this defect isn't going to harm the monitor, just make the stand unless). If it does fall, then I'll return and look for something not meant for a 15" monitor.

If youre looking for a new monitor stand for cheap then i say this is it. I needed a new stand for my lg ultragear (the cheapest model just comes with a regular stand) and this does the job for me. My one and only complaint is that when i feel the need to lower and rise the monitor, i have to do it manually via loosening the bolt the holds it in place but for 30 dollars its well worth it. I should mention is comes with 4 sets of screws and two sets of washers, so it should be more then capable for other types of monitors.for my monitor is was the smallest set of screws and the thinnest set of washers. Its handy if and when i need to replace or upgrade to a new monitor. It also has a 3 slots for the hex keys and a cable mangement slot. However tiny thin cables like a phone charger cable will just slip right out. Overall im happy with my purchase and i'll be using it for the next few years.

First time buying one of these. Everything is in the box what you need. It is easy to set up.I do not know of this is normal but nothing to worry i say as i have a 24 in. Tv the tilt screw for you to losen or tighten felt lije it was tight but the tv kept going down. I was kinda worried to over power the tightness but it worked and was able to get the tv angle right and still be able to tilt when needed I say dont be afraid of tighting the screws but check it as you tightening the screws till it works for you. This really has made my desk felt more roomy from the last stand i had (i did a poor mans way as my last stand XD)

Not be able to hold my 32 inch curved monitor . It’s weight within the range by not working. Luckily I just need the lowest level so It doesn’t matter for now. If you get a big monitor. Not recommend!

Easy to assemble and good price. The only small glitch is that it will not hold my 32" monitor in portrait mode up off of the base. If I move it higher, the weight of the monitor causes the bottom to move back against the support arm, even with the corresponding screw for the Vesa mount tightened extremely tight. I may try using toothed washers to get a better grip. Also, hand adjustable screws instead of the Allen screws would be a little more convenient for adjusting the monitors. Other than that, it works great.

I have been working with my monitor leaning against a wall for seven months now and figured it’s finally time to get a stand. This stand is sturdy and it works great. The only thing I do not like is how far out the “legs” on the base stick out. Because the legs of the base stick out quite a bit I have lost desk space. Overall I’m fine with this stand for now but will probably get one I like better later on.

This is a no thrills type of monitor mount. It is not intended to be used for intricate articulation. It raises my monitor to a better height. The stand is solid and sturdy. Installation was simple and fast. The foot print is large but that is traded for the sturdiness. I am confident it will NOT tip over. I have cats so this is important to me.

This stand is amazing. My son is in virtual school, and he needed a monitor hooked to his laptop. The assembly of the stand and the installation of the monitor was simple. The directions are easy to follow, too. The stand itself holds the monitor up quite well. Not only is the stand sturdy, but it also holds the monitor at an angle of my son’s liking. Great product! Not expensive! Sturdy! Looks good! Fast delivery!
