Very nice cheese for use in carbonara
I use this cheese for carbonara dishes, lasagne and for grating on top of a bolognese. Same as some other branded products. Good value for money and great taste

A grate cheese….
This is a very nice cheese of its type. When you first buy its relatively young an fresh, very suited to making genuine carbonara. Once you’ve had it open a while, it becomes very nice for grating in to salads, or adding to other cooking. I’m lactose intolerant, but a smallish grating of this doesnt cause me many problems, so im assuming it’s fairly low in lactose. You can get better, but I’d be surprised if it didnt cost you twice as much.
