To remove gooey messes, Walker Lace Release works fastest. It has only a mild odor and is easy to remove using rubbing alcohol. If you’re removing a wig or hairpiece, this is ok on your skin. To separate two surfaces glued together, you might get best release by using Walker Lace Release to get separation, then using more of this product to completely dissolve the goo. You may instead use another goo release product. My whole family uses this product and sometimes use (for heavier projects) Walker Rapid Release. I bought this product in a quart bottle to refill the smaller spray bottles we have.

Great Product! This works very well to release the hold on a lace wig. Someone wrote works just as alcohol and perhaps so. I bought the smaller bottle first and use that bottle to refill so I can have a pump and wanted to try before I buy. What really amazes me about this product is the price here on Amazon is five dollars and change, shipped from Hair Direct. However, go on HD the same bottle will cost you sixteen dollars and change! That is my main reason for not purchasing from HD because of the jacked up prices! Anyway, great product just remember it is basically alcohol and you should not leave on the units or your skin because of the dryness to skin and hair. Use excellent conditioner for hair and don't forget to moisturize your skin regularly! I wash my units by using only conditioner and no shampoo at least twice a month to keep it moist and in great condition. I think this process is called co-wash.

This stuff is a must have product. If you are buying an adhesive remover from your hair dresser, stop it. You can save a bundle buy ordering the product. In my opinion, it works better than anything I have used as a solvent - oil based or alcohol based. If you use this stuff in a closed small bathroom, prepared for getting dizzy.

Product is good for its use however the pricing has been too expensive in the past year. Will investigate for another product.
