Bought this to replace a problematic built-in network adapter in my Lenovo IdeaCentre PC which had stability issues on 5Ghz wireless channel from my router. At the price I didn't see I had anything to lose. Firstly you DO NOT need to use the supplied driver/utility CD for installation on Windows 10 and on installation the unit locked onto my 5GHz wifi immediately so I disabled the built-in adapter via the windows device manager. It works OK using USB 2.0 port but I got buffering when trying to stream HD video, so changed to USB 3.0 port and problem was resolved. Data throughput was measured at 433mbps and perfectly stable. I suspect this limitation over what the claimed throughput could be is down to the router/PC combination so maybe a higher spec PC would give higher speed advantages. Overall I'm satisfied that this is a good USB wifi adapter at a price that's exceptional. No-fuss installation is also a bonus but remember you will should use Windows device manager to disable any built-in adapters to prevent potential driver and firewall conflicts.

Bought this for my son as he had a gaming PC that did not have WiFi built in. On ethernet he was getting a speed in the region of 800Mbs and when this was used he got around 260, quite a drop off but still good enough for his needs. It was easy to install, just plug and play. No need to download any drivers or anything, worked from the box. In all, a good piece of kit for the money.

Just bought this product for my laptop as the Wi-Fi on my laptop was very old and it didn't have the best signal/ power to reach my main router, when I received the package, which was quick, i simply plugged it into my laptop and it took 60seconds to turn on and connect, i didnt have to manually install any drivers which is great! and on top of that, my speed has drastically increased 10x, the only issue is that although its increased my wifi speed for my laptop it hasnt been able to reach its maximum.. in the end its convenient, i would highly recommend those for better connection, its also very reliable!

The delivery time was super fast. IT all came in good packaging and well protected. Its super easy to put together, you just have to screw it on. The can bent the top so you can have it in a more hidden location if you dont like the look of it. It's also way better than normal wifi dongles. This one tranfers data much faster and goves me a stronger internet connection. If you are looking for a wifi dongle i reccomenf getting this one. Amazing for its price. Good service. Well done

Bought to improve the WiFi performance of a cheap Windows tablet/laptop. which it certainly did, with much faster connection at 2.4GHz and the added capability of 5GHz. Some reviewers have said that the supplied drivers are not necessary, and it certainly works without them. However I found that the host machine crashed on shut-down when the device was used. Installing the supplied drivers as per the instructions solved the problem. The supplied CD could be a problem for those systems that don't have a CD drive, but the software can be downloaded via a link to a Google drive folder supplied with the device, although the tiny instruction booklet does not mention this (assuming that your eyesight is good). You just get a slip of paper with a QR code and a hyperlink to the shared folder (which also contains a PDF of the Instruction booklet in various languages). The main web site is only available in Chinese however, so "technical support" is limited to software download.

Initially i would have given this 5 stars as it works great on my pc. One slightly annoying thing is the software sometimes defaults to Radio Off, seems to happen randomly. Dropped it by 2 stars as I bought a second one, for which i would give it 1 star . Not for this device as such but for the appalling software that simply will not open on my other windows 10 pc and i cannot work out why not. There is also no support, they ignore my e-mails.

I build gaming PCs and people love to have wifi. I've tried many different types and have decided this one is the best value and easiest to install. It does come with a CD with drivers but Windows 10 has often just started working with it without the need for the installation disc. It picks up wifi from my neighbours 2 doors down so the range is good. My wife has even used one to improve the wifi from her work laptop and her office has bought a few for other staff.

Constantly defaults to 2.4Ghz, finally managed to force it to 5Ghz where it worked for about 15 mins. It then proceded to drop out every few mins and is a right pain to get back up and running again. My computer is located under my TV, after giving up with the computer and turning on the TV I noticed that it too was having trouble connecting to the WiFi, now you would think that this is probably a router issue, but no, as other devices away from the dongle were fine. Seems unlikely that the dongle would be repsosible however my TV never looses connection to the internet, seems odd that it started to struggle after introducing this dongle. Regradelss, when up and running I got OK speeds however it would default back to 2.4ghz and become extremely slow again. This is a terrible piece of kit, don't buy it. I will be returning mine.

Presa, montata e va da sola, non necessita di alcun driver su Windows 10. Test di velocità: con la USB WiFi della Fritz facevo 75MB/sec. con questa ho raggiunto i 110MB/sec. e in media costa 30€uro di meno (questa rispetto alla Fritz). Assolutamente consigliata!

Einstecken und loslegen. WLAN-Stick funktioniert direkt unter Windows 10. Der Empfang ist ganz gut, wirkt aber etwas instabil (Signal schwankt, auch nach der Treiber-Installation). Da der Empfang aber definitiv besser als das im Laptop verbaute WLAN-Modul ist, werde ich diesen Stick weiterhin nutzen.

Du fait qu'il tourne en USB3.0, permet d'atteindre des vitesses en WIFI proches du filaire. Installé sur un Mac Pro 2009, vraiment surpris de la facilité d'installation, et livré avec un mini CD pour Mac et Windows. Cependant attention, l'antenne semble fragile, on verra à l'usage.
