Easy to make :3 I am a beginner cook and been home for college over some stuff...but! It's really easy to make, I fry them, so don't be scared of hot oil! I haven't tried baking it, but that's a good option if you're on a diet. So tasty, it beats the falafel you buy pre-made!

Easy to make, turn out pretty good, but very salty for my taste. I like frozen pre cooked ones from Trader Joe’s better.
