Saved Time and Money
Every one of the guys on my crew has a JackRapid Tool. We've been using them for 2-3 years. We've yet to need to replace any. It's very easy to explain and use. They're great to have veterans or rookies or subcontractors use. Some of our partners were so impressed with how quick our terminations were that we gave them the ones we had and purchased new ones for ourselves. The tool is accurate and quick. It cut our termination time by about 70%. We mainly use Cat5e and Cat6 cable and have had no issues with the tools themselves.

Great tool to add to your low volt arsenal
Used the fluke punch down for a while and then bumped into this tool and decided to give it a try. Been using this rapid jack tool for a bit now and it has been awesome, cuts termination times by a lot mainly on big projects where every minute counts. Like the fact that they offer tons of adapters for all kinds of different jack brands and types as well, the tool is very light and compact so it fits in my tool bag without taking insane space and you can take it apart to save even more space, only thing is that after a bit of use the joint gets a bit squeaky but nothing a little bit of lubricant won’t fix. Do recommend this tool for terminations if you’re looking for one.

Terminatiin' Fool
They're good tools and they get the job done. Ive had no problems with them, and we use them regularly. I've bought two now for my personal inventory, but that's because someone thought they needed my first one more than I did.

Speedy connections
Bought this tool because of the Fluke name. Figured they make good stuff so I'd give it a try and I'm glad I did. It does speed up the process of terminating network jacks, but it also makes it a lot easier to terminate wires that are in hard to reach places. Jacks that are under tables or in built-in furniture. As an AV professional, we get these kinds of jacks all the time since we're usually working in finished spaces. The trim on the wires is really nice and clean. I've also used it on some no-name brand jacks from home stores when I needed to do a quick add to a system and didn't have my regular parts. I would think it would work with a number of different brand jacks, as long as they are relatively close to the size and dimensions of the Leviton QuickPort jacks. If you only have to punch down a couple jacks, probably not that big a savings. If you have to trim out an entire office suite, or home, You'll love it.

Great tool
Awesome tool, don’t j ow why I didn’t buy one sooner. Makes life so much easier. There different inserts that you have to get for differ brand of k-stones. Don’t go another day without this if you to cat lines.

Fast terminating tool....
Works great. Not a smooth as I had hoped, but I think because it is brand new. time will tell.... For now it works with now problems. So far all terminations have been perfect without having to redo any.

Amazing for certain jobs
Honestly if you have a flat stable surface, sufficient cable length, and a steady hand, a regular punch down tool is more efficient. However, if you have to terminate lines in the air due to a short cable, stand in an odd position, or need to be quiet, this tool is amazing. I recently needed to stand on a ladder to finish a modular patch panel with cables that had been cut by the previous company that moved out. A punch tool would have been a nightmare, but this made the job effortless. A fantastic option for any network tech.

Product worked as expected but might be a little overpriced. Too bad each manufacturer has to make their own products not work with anything else!

This makes punching down Leviton data jacks 41106 41108 5G108 a breeze. I have no idea why I didn't get this sooner, it is one of my favorite tools. You will still need your manual punch for example, when you can't get the JR-LEV-1 tool in a tight spot or your paid by the punch ;)
