Sticky? I dropped one, couldn't find it after checking the floor, chair, etc. Two days later, found it on the hem of my winter shirt, pealed it off, and it stuck wonderfully and functions beautifully. Perfect for my phone (Android) and laptop (H&P), adds to the appearance of both and of course is extremely functional. Highly recommend although pricey. 🫡

I don’t usually write reviews but these work so well and are so tiny that I felt like I should let others know. The covers are very small, and I used the flashlight function on my phone combined with turning on the laptop camera to make sure I didn’t cover part of the lens or the light sensor. It is so thin that with the cover on my laptop I don’t think it puts any pressure on the screen at all, and it works perfectly to cover the camera! I’m using these on two MacBook Pro laptops if anyone is looking for that specifically. Love knowing the camera can’t be turned on / accessed when I don’t want it to and I highly recommend it!

Using a Microsoft Surface Laptop and enjoy the Windows Hello feature but hate that the camera doesn't have a built in cover. I just don't want to risk anyone gaining access to my camera. Even though all they'd see is my ugly mug typing away, it's a little creepy. I could have used a snip of electrical tape to cover things, but I do use the camera from time to time for meetings and the tape just looks tacky. The CloudValley cover looked like it would work nicely and I wasn't far from the mark. Installation was simple and best used under a bright light to make sure you're not covering a sensor or the Hello camera. It takes a bit for the adhesive tape to set so you can push it around (gently) if your first placement is off. The cover slides with little effort and the laptop looks as if the cover came from the factory. My only nit that cost it a star is that it creates a paper thin gap when you close the laptop. No getting around that because I don't think they can make it any thinner. I don't think it will cause issues and I have found that the laptop is easier to open one-handed, but still, I wouldn't mind having the lid close flush. If you're concerned about camera privacy, this is an excellent option to give you some peace of mind.

These web cam covers fit the iPad A16 as well as the Macbook Air 2020. They are extremely small, making them a little difficult to attach. However, these covers do come off easily enough to re-fit, which I had to do several times to get it straight. The covers work very well at blocking the camera. The plastic window that slides open and closed, to reveal the camera, is a bit difficult to slide at first. You have to slightly press on the circular plastic piece covering the camera and push. You may need to push it with your fingernail the first couple of times. It seems to loosen up with use. Before placing the cover on your computer or tablet, I recommend shining a bright light on the web cam so that you cover only the camera and not any sensors or lights. These do not interfere with the closing of the A16 iPad in the ESR Flex keyboard case or the Macbook Air 2020 in a generic plastic case. However, the directions come with a WARNING about the 2019 16" Macbook Pro---the display may be damaged when it is closed.

This cover is very inexpensive and easy to attach. My former work laptop did not have a camera cover and after a quick search, I purchased this one. After attaching it, the cover looks as though it came installed from the factory. It's convenient, easy to slide, and has not come loose.
