I’ve only had this a short time and it’s been a knee saver while my foot is recovering. The pad was a little stiff to begin with and I didn’t feel much of a difference but it smoothed out and it’s 100% more comfortable than the stock pad. It fits well over the original pad and the two elastic bands keep it in place. My only complaint is when it’s hot out, it isn’t very breathable so sweat will build up but it’s still better than nothing. Maybe the sheep pad would’ve been better but I’m not planning on using this forever so it works!

I broke my ankle and a week later took a trip to Chicago where I rode my scooter all around on the trains, to the Cubs and White Sox stadiums, and through the airports. The city sidewalks are horrendous so the extra padding was probably the thing that kept me in action, as it dampened all of the jarring bumps. I highly recommend this upgraded seat cushion. I thought it might make the seat too high and unstable, but it stayed in place perfectly.

The company SHOULD NEVER sell the Roll Rover without the pad for your knee. Just say so up front and pay the $30, which is well worth it! Without the pad on the board itself (which is a blessing) it will kill your knee!

The extra cushion is nice for knees. However, the cover material is too slippery and with slacks on, it caused my knee to slip off. Could have caused further injury.. Recommend using with bare knee only (i.e., with shorts or a skirt).

This is NOT a good cushion for a knee scooter. It is hard and there is minimal cushion effect so it really does not serve any purpose. If you are using your knee scooter every day for several weeks to recover from a lower leg injury you are going to get bruises, blisters, and skin breakdown with this cushion. I ordered the Knee Rover cushion and another for comparison and I would not recommend this product at all. The other knee cushion I ordered is much better and cheaper and is the HuCPAPxi Knee Scooter Pad Cover with 2'' Removable Memory Foam Cushion. Also the Knee Rover cushion here is NOT RETURNABLE so if you order it and don't like it you are stuck with it, whereas the HuCPAPxi Knee Pad is returnable. I do have the Knee Rover scooter itself which I think is good quality but I would not recommend their knee cushion and was especially disappointed that they do not take Amazon returns like most sellers. DO NOT BUY!

Excellent quality. Improved the comfort of my scooter drastically. So comfortable, my coworkers at the hospital wanted to sit on it.

I got this extra cushion because my post-surgical cast was super bulky and dug painfully into my shin. I had that cast for a week and now I'm in a slimmer cast that is more comfortable. This is certainly softer than the standard knee rover "seat" and gave me some, but not much, relief when I had my huge post-surgical cast. But now that I'm in a slimmer cast I've removed it. Why? 1) I'm 5'4" and it's makes the seat too high for me to use my scooter barefoot, even at the lowest seat setting. 2) It's so soft that my knee slops around in a way that makes me feel like I'm on the verge of injuring it (last thing I need is another injury!). 3) It makes me less stable on the scooter overall.

Necessary on knee scooters. Saves from painful shins. Stays in place.
