Cooked up beautifully!
Cooked up nicely with a delicious creamy texture and full flavor. Braised them with onions celery and carrots- yum. Very versatile and nutritious!

The best lentils for soup! These French lentils from Le Puy region are the best for soup as they do not get mushy as they cook. They must be grown to the Le Puy region to be called so, otherwise you are just getting lentils. The texture is creamy and soft after cooking but not mushy or pasty like red lentils are, those are freak for other dishes.
