advertised as including free download of Presto check writing software, but download code and instructions not included with either of 2 packages I bought. Spent over an hour talking with Amazon reps trying to get info on how to get my free download. Their only suggestion was to return the checks for a refund. Then, spent another hour chatting with Versacheck and Amazon, again trying to find a way to print checks today. Finally was provided a code by Versacheck, however, could not figure out how to download the software to put the code in. After a long long process, got the software downloaded, but was asked to create an online account with a third company, to verify my bank account number by entering in the routing number, bank account number, etc. before the download would work. So frustrated at this point that I gave up and ordered checks from another company that come already printed with my routing number/account number etc. The tiny bit of money I would have saved by going through this horrible process was definitely not work the time, frustration & stress. Too bad.
