I have been using JXT5 capsules for 2 months and I can actually feel the difference with an old knee injury I have. I have started running almost every day and the knee feels great. No soreness the next day therefore I can run again. Great product.

Multiple ingredients give you everything you need in 3 pills a day..love it
This is great stuff in a few days if you have joint pain you will notice a difference. I love JXT5 and come on people when have you ever taken anything that is cheap and it works..at least you get results with this. FYI it also has ingredients that you would have to buy separate (estrogen blockers) and those are not cheap either. If you get off your butt and move this stuff will help you workout or just give you the extra little bit to power through a workout..I am 40 years old and this is the best thing since sliced bread.
