I got a different jacket from another seller. Supposedly light, waterproof and breathable. It wasn't. It was like wearing a plastic sheet. So I returned it and got this one. Exactly what I wanted! It does breathe, but it also repels water. Good quality hardware. Generously sized. Light, and keeps off the chill. Perfect for a cold, misty day!

I first ordered this jacket style in another brand in the wrong size. A Large had not fit him properly. I ordered another style and size, this one, in white and two sizes of the same in black. Alas! This Magcomsen Men's Jacket is the winner for my husband. It is just the right sleeve length (where he will not have to altar it) and body length (he is somewhat long waisted). It was the black XXL that fits him best! Oddly, the inside of the jacket says 4XL but I know I did not order the 4XL. He only needed it roomier than an XL so, the 2XL worked best all the way around. It was well worth the time and wait! This jacket, with its polished chrome accents (zipper) makes it dressy enough to look sleek; the zippers are a great additional detail, the dark black, soft material seems easy to keep clean, and I love the "no collar" look. My husband wore it immediately upon receiving it. I think this lightweight jacket is the winner! It is casual, but again, sort of fancy, too. The fit especially makes all the difference in the world! His waistline is 38" to 40", and arm length slightly shorter than average. It is a roomy enough fit over a sweatshirt or summer top. I may look up the other colors available and buy it in other colors but the black is classic. UPDATE: I still love this jacket, however the caribbean blue (bright blue) came with the zipper installed backwards. Defective, I returned it in exchange for the same color (but hopefully with the zipper installment correct. Nope! The second jacket arrived with the same left handed zipper. My husband refuses to wear a jacket with the zipper pull on the left. Sad, because it was a beautiful color and looked great on him (for the summer months)!

What I Like - The actual design of the bomber jacket is classic, but it looks very current and can fit in today’s styles. The jacket itself it put together well, I didn’t see any defects. The sewing was done well, the seams were all good. The fabric inside feels nice and comfortable, and on the outside, the fabric is durable feeling and a nice matte look. The coloring itself it deep. The wine/burgundy color is really nice and deep. What I like about the jacket is that it’s light, not heavy. It’s really meant for a fall or spring time weather, or even early morning or night time. Also the price was fantastic, and I find MAGCOMSEN puts their items on a deal offering quite often. Also, the zippers are metal! Note - They do offer a heavier bomber jacket and many different variations. Take a look in the MAGCOMSEN store to find something that’ll fit your needs if you need something heavier or different. What I Don’t Like - Speaking of zippers, as great as they are and as happy as I am they are metal, there is one thing I don’t like; the zippers have a strange little bend in them for what I’m guessing is an ergonomics function. At first I thought the main zipper was bent, but I noticed they were all like that. Not a big enough deal to lose a star, but just give me a straight zipper.
