Q: No scoop was provided so what is the measurement of a scoop?

For those of you telling that the scoop settles to the bottom…well, I actually dumped the powder in a bowl.. no scoop.

Q: i am a vegetarian, and i have done some research on whether whey protein vegetarian, and i got mixed answers, but most of them saying it depends on the processing. so can you help me understand if this is a vegetarian protien or not , and why ?

Whey protein is usually sourced as a byproduct of cheese manufacturing. If the cheese manufacturers use animal-stomach derived rennet to curdle the cheese, then the whey is not vegetarian. Whey that is sourced from cheese using vegetable or microbial rennet is suitable for vegetarians. Since being vegetarian friendly is good for marketing, the fact that Isopure does not advertise as being vegetarian means it's probably safe to say that it's not vegetarian, or that they can't guarantee it's 100% vegetarian.

Q: What does "Alpine Punch" taste like, flavor wise?

Honestly, it's the worst flavor. Go to a vitamin shoppe and try the RTD versions of these proteins before buying a 7.5 lbs tub.

Q: Had very high expectations based on the reviews, but am very turned off by the "vomit" smell that the powered turns into when mix with water!?? why?

I do .5 cup almond milk .5 cup water I don't recommend straight water as it will taste very bland. You could do same with milk or other type of "milk" like product
