UPDATE: Seller reached out to me and offered both a refund and a new product. I told them not to worry about the refund I just wanted another product that didn't leak. The seller has sent me a new product and also refunded 20% of the purchase price even though I said don't worry about it. Very good customer service, wish more places had this level of CS. For the updated review I'll say the one in my flowerbed is still working great with no leaks and just on the CS alone I'm changing to a 5star review. Bought 2 of these one for a garden soaker hose setup and one for a flowerbed soaker hose setup. Both come on twice a day for 15 minutes every 12 hours. Garden splitter worked great for about 1 month. Came back from vacation last week and my deck was soaked. Looked at the splitter and it is leaking from the valve on the side with the timer attached. When I turn it off the leak stops. I tried tightening the little screw to make sure it was all snug. As soon as I turn it back on there is a steady leak. The one for the flowerbed is doing fine so far, no leaks don't know if I got a lemon or what.

So far I really like it. Heavy duty and large flippers.

Total Junk. The plastic on/off levers break/split inside causing them to spin on the plastic shaft that moves the ball inside. Should have been metal or one solid piece. Save your money and get a solid brass unit. Everything about this item is beautiful, except it's Weakest Link

I recently purchased the Hose Splitter 2 Way, and I’m really impressed with its performance. The heavy-duty metal construction feels solid and durable, which is exactly what I needed for using with my RV at campgrounds. I’ve used a few plastic splitters in the past, but this one stands out because it’s much more sturdy and reliable. I use the splitter along with a water pressure regulator to make sure the plumbing in my RV is not harmed. Update: After writing this review the seller offered a refund AND a replacement item. They certainly want their customers to be happy. It looks like what I wanted in a splitter doesn't exist for less than $35 - a heavy duty item that doesn't leak and has valve handles that are easy to turn on and off. As a seller I would certainly recommend them - my original product I purchased I would not recommend. The nickel plated splitter replacement is certainly a good product, but has the pitfall of tiny handles and very tight stiff valves (keeps them from leaking). Original: Ordered this item in April. Sent email to provider that unit did not couple well with hoses and leaked terribly. They have a no questions asked guaranty, They responded quickly to my email. I requested a brass replacement, (actually $1 less). After 3 days I received a box, but it had another plastic unit. Rather than going through the trouble of return / replacement, I used the 2nd unit they sent to check if it worked better. It was OK for a few weeks, but now the shutoff lever broke. I sent ANOTHER email, but they have not responded so far. Just looking to have a working product. In the interim (since they didn't respond to my second emai) I ordered a brass unit from another seller. Brass are much more heavy duty, but the valve levers are always very small and are hard to turn. Still waiting for a reply from original seller. I will give them a second star since the original email was answered promptly, but don't buy this product, it is inferior.

so far so good. I like it better than the all metal one. I just hope it last.
