Great, light smell for spring or summer wear.

This is a nice citrusy light scent. The bottle is actually quite large and I love this scent for my husband.

Simply put....I love this stuff.Like a lot of other men I avoid the "young mans'" chemically altered "ode-de-garbage-can" spray they are selling now-a-days endorsed by the latest rapper or hip-hop idiot getting busted for drugs and or felony assault with a gun...and wanted something I could call my own. I've tried sooooo many other colognes that my senses were overloaded, and my head was beginning to swim.I eventually came across a sample of Varvatos and WOW!!! Now this is what a real man should smell like.Some of the Previous reviewers complained that it wore off quickly... I found that this cologne (( Like every other mans cologne )) has many layers of scent in the proverbial-mix, and over time; 5- Hours or so , some of the lighter, sweeter scents started to peel off and leave the warmer, deeper tones firmely in place. Solution: squirt some more on!All in all: "Money is Tight-Now-A-Days, But This is Money Well Spent! "But be cautioned though... it took soooo loooong to arrive here in Arizona from the state of Florida I could have rode a bicycle myself and got it here quicker!!!

I bought this as a gift and man oh man!!!! It smells divine.

This stuff is pure gold. On the spectrum, it's got an overall aquatic feel to it, and the dry-down is fantastic. Supple enough to wear all day (though it shines the best during the day), but strong enough to stand out. The base notes are most definitely aquatic, but this isn't some soft, breezy, fluffy aquatic - this is a firm, Mediterranean, strong aquatic, with notes of masculine spice and scruffy sunsets and citrus packed in the back of a Sardinian pickup truck. The scent has a voice, but nothing about it is overpowering. This scent says something and makes itself known. The balance of the ginger, citrus and georgywood is superb and carry much of the heart of the scent, while the notes of thyme, belambe and lavadin are on the upswing and provide the suppleness that allows this scent to carry you through the day.This is not a scent you buy just once. The seller package everything wonderfully and my item arrived on time. I am posting this as I am purchasing another.
