It arrived OK but partially non functional
Roller blades leave non cleanable lines on printed paper; can't be cleaned. Plus partially non=functional in the Scan mode i.e., it scans but won't print the scanned files Plus was delivered with non-standard Brothers print and toner cartridges. Art Pearlman

Arrived slightly damaged
Overall the copier/scanner works and meets my needs. But the unit arrived with loose power cord connection assembly. Also the inside lid has a small ding which results in a black dot on most copies. I guess maybe this is to be expected with renewed products.

Awaiting Outcome - Tell me I need New $$$ drum and $$ toner after a month...
Printer making grinding noise - tech suggests replacement toner/drum which is supposed to be forthcoming. Awaiting confirmation of tracking #. Personally believe it to be an internal housing issue - to keep you posted on outcome. Invoices currently print with dollar amounts hazed over with what appears to be toner filaments (i.e. hair like). Not a happy camper. Changed toner with new - no result. Hoping to report 100% resolution for $600+ paid in good faith! UPDATE: Received New Drum and Toner from Vendor. Unfortunately, did Nil. Unit Detective. Company sending ARS Tag for Return of All and Issuing Refund. I do appreciate the Vendor Acting in Good Faith - Thank you!
