This is exactly what I wanted.
I purchased this squat/bench rack because I had one when I was younger and loved it. The new one is exactly like I remember. For clarification I purchased the weider rack by itself, my rack does not include the bench seen in my photos. The rack is functional and supports decent amount of weight (up to 310 lbs); That’s plenty for the average home gym user. The rack came with two adjustable hooks for spotting the he weight. It has two small poles to hang free weights. The rack works with any bench; I’m currently using the flat bench in my photos, but it was not purchased with the rack. The rack itself is really solid and fairly well made. My only complaint about the structure is that my rack looks like one of the tubes is bent (see photo). I was able to assemble the rack just fine and it feels sturdy, but cosmetically it looks like someone messed it up a little bit because the frame doesn’t align well. This rack was easy to set up. I did it by myself with in 30 minutes. A second person would have made setup slightly easier, but not necessary. The rack I purchased came with a Allen wrench to tighten the Olympic weight adapter for the free weight stand but you will need at least two adjustable wrenches that will accommodate a 17mm nut and bolt. You might need more tools if you purchased the rack with an attached bench. Overall I’m happy with the rack and I’m pretty sure I won’t have to buy another rack ever again.

Pretty good weight bench for the price.
First off - this weight bench had THE BEST DIRECTIONS of anything I ever put together!!!! As an "older" married man (64) with 3 grown children and a house, I have spent many a Christmas Eve putting together bicycles and toys, as well as home furniture and various lawn items. The directions were simple and clearly written. All small parts, screws and bolts are bubble wrapped and clearly marked and numbered on a single large cardboard sheet. No lost or missing parts and clear directions! I could not have been happier. The bench itself is fairly sturdy. I have no complaints - but for comparison I'm 5' 8" and 170 pounds. The most I bench is about 140 - so I don't know how it would work with a larger person bench pressing 250. For me it's fine. I might also add - the leg attachment is one of the best I've ever seen in a home weight bench and is a welcomed addition. My only complaint is that it is a little high up. I can't put my feet flat on the ground when I'm bench pressing. Other than that - overall I'm very happy with this weight bench.

Good light duty slant bench - 2.5 years of ownership
We’ve had this slant bench for 2 1/2 years, and use it for workouts 2-3 times per week. It is light, and easy to move and stow away in a closet. I’m 6’ tall and 180 lbs. I can’t recommend this bench for anyone taller or heavier. As other reviewers mention, it is pretty narrow, but still useable unless you’ve got a wide build. It’s not heavy duty enough for anything but light, home use. You can’t do steps up onto it - dangerous flexing and it lacks the necessary support structure to do step ups safely. To make this device feel less wiggly, I added some foam to the leg rollers to hold them tighter, I put shrink wrap on the bolts to make them fatter and a better fit for the holes, and added a washer or two to brackets to tighten the fit. I added two luggage style roller wheels to one of the bottom tubes to make the bench easier to move around. The tube hole for the adjustment pin has deformed after 2 1/2 years and is no longer a tight fit. Surprisingly, the ‘fabric’ cover is still in good shape, and the bench still looks almost new. Overall evaluation - it’s a budget bench, and worth the modest price. But if you want a more solid bench, you’ll need to look elsewhere and pay more.

It will do but not great
Cons but I guess it’s decent enough for at home during Covid and for the price. It’s wobbly but I have had any issues with that CONS: - Bench is too short and I’m 5’9. Have to slide my but down to the end to be able to bench - too narrow. The posts are right where your normal bench grip would be. I have to lift it then widen my grip then narrow it to put it back. This also leads to me pinching my hands or hitting the back of my hand/knuckles on the bar holder supports and bleeding. That or I have knocked them out while pressing the weight up. They are just right where your hands should be and I have to spend more time focusing on my hand movement. - it is kind of high to get foot support when benching.

A solid okay.
Pros: - Well built, stable, and solid. - Instructions for assembly were straightforward and easy to follow. - Budget friendly. - Includes small poster of various exercises. Helpful for new lifters. Cons: - The barbell rack arms come in slightly too close to the bench and are placed right where you'd want to grab the bar during a bench press causing you to grib slightly wider or narrower than you'd like. This could be different based on your arm length. - Barbell catches are easily detachable which could pose an issue of knocking them off if you happen to rack incorrectly and hit it from the bottom (this happened to me). - A third hole for a higher incline would have been a nice option. - Holes aren't standard size, so no third party options for safety bars. Overall, if you're on a budget or new to weightlifting this is a decent bench to get started. Experienced lifters look elsewhere.

Great Family Weight Bench
This is a great weight bench for family in-home training use. Wife is in good shape, and loves this for light weight and her toning workouts. Athletic high school daughter loves this for her aggressive weight training program. I am 6' and 212; this works great for my light-medium muscle/toning workouts. Very sturdy and good quality for the price. I am sure this is not big enough for heavy high level lifters. Easy to assemble. All hardware is separated and labeled. My only issue was going by the Q&A, I ordered a 7' bar. Returned it for a 5' bar. The distance from outside to outside of the barbell holder is a strong 28". The 5' bar has 40.75" between the weight stops, and works great. Do not need a 6.5' to 7' bar for this.

Excellent, well made... Sad only good Rack I could find.
Sad I have to go to a company that appears to be out of business now for these types of fitness equipment, to find something that's actually QUALITY BUILT. I spent hours trying to find a good strong Rack of this type of design, and they ALL on Amazon are cheap China made JUNK. This is the ONLY one that wasn't.... I couldn't even find it in Amazon's SEARCH, had to go outside of Amazon and THEN I found a link to this product. I had the same problem with finding a Quality Weight Bench, had to go to a big Western made product company to get actual quality, while NONE of bench's at Amazon were any good. The difference between this and the weight bench is I couldn't find any Western company making a RACK of this type of design. Weider was the ONLY ONE I could find. I was lucky to even get this, because Weider is apparently out of business, not making Strength equipment anymore. It looks like whomever owns the company now is getting rid of whatever leftovers they still have. Sad day... Amazon needs to get some "quality control" with products they allow to be sold on the site. There are MANY things I've needed to buy and STILL need to buy, and nothing is made well anymore and it's been an absolute NIGHTMARE to find anything of quality of the things I've needed to buy over the last few years because most things come from China now, and they just don't make most things well. Like, I STILL can't get a handheld Wet Carpet Cleaner because they are ALL so poorly made now, in contrast to one I had years ago, which only don't have cause of losing family and having to sell everything off. Anyway... Not happy with Amazon. Especially when I just bought several products, designated a specific delivery day, and they are ALL being delivered DIFFERENT DAYS, over an ENTIRE WEEK. :(

Fairly pleased - see update
Cons: 2 bolts require grease from "included grease" and the grease WAS NOT INCLUDED! UPDATE. I FOUND TBE GREASE IT WAS HARD TO SEE IN THE PACKAGING. ITS IN A SMALL PLASTIC BAG. I forgot to add that the hole for the leg piece bar wasn't reamed out so the bolt wouldn't go through. I used a hammer and bashed it through which ruined the threads but is operational nonetheless [ the nut still threaded]l. Bad QC here. Butt pad is super uncomfortable when laying down to bench. It just doesn't lie even enough with the main back pad. But for the price I'll deal with it. Maybe it'll break in Doesn't support much weight but is great for a beginner. I got this for my son and I to do together so it's perfect for that or some endurance lifting @ 110lbs . Pros: this is sturdier than I thought it would be. This is very easy to set up. I did it myself in an hour maybe an hour and a half but I made lunch, played around on my phone etc ...took my time . NOTE: this requires minimum 2 adjustable wrenches and a Phillips screwdriver. I used an adjustable wrench and my socket set and that made this super easy. The socket sizes were 12-14mm off the top of my head and a 1/2 inch socket for the big bolt Update. After using this i will be selling it or junking it. The supports that hold the bar are exactly where the majority of people would naturally grab to bench press . This leads to unsafe lifting practices and possibly finger pinching. Di don't like this at all.
