I noticed 3 days into taking this that despite humid summer heat, I wasn't wheezing anymore and that I could do a little more physically than usual because I was breathing better. I also noticed improvement in allergy symptoms (although I stayed on Claritin which doesn't fully cover me). I felt like my sinuses started draining better, I've asked my hubby to start taking it. Will reorder. Update 3/2021: Revolution Science offers excellent Customer Service. I reached out to inquire about the dosage as I've felt inclined to take 2 capsules daily rather than just the 1 stated on the bottle and they were quick to respond. I notice a difference when I forget to take it. I’m highly sensitive to many medications, OTC or prescribed. I have year round allergies now but most allergy meds make me jittery and irritable. Respire has no noticeable side effects at all and works really well for me. Great product, I highly recommend!

It works...the costs is high ,though to me to continue

When the fires started in Colorado and other locations, and there was days of smoke and haze, I started to have problems with my lungs that my usual routine of liquid O2 drops in all my drinks did not resolve, so, I started researching. Right at that time the monthly, the July, issue of Natural Grocers magazine arrived with an article titled "Easy Breathe-Y Ways to Support Lung Health with Supplements & Herbs - Meet the unsung lung-health heroes by Liz Mueller. I read it and hunted on Amazon, Natural Grocers, and other sites for combinations of the ingredients. One of those (1 of 3 products) was Revolution Science's RESPIRE. I found it works so well in combination with the other products, covering all the recommended ingredients, that I have added it to my daily regimen and am on my 3rd to 4th bottle. I will continue to include Respite. Especially while the smoke and haze interfere with our clear, sunny, Colorado days.

I have noticed that when it's time for one I start coughing, and getting more stuffed up... It does work some for lung congestion, but really doesn't do much for sinus congestion....I will give it another couple of weeks and go from there....so far only mildly impressed....other products I have tried do seem to work better...

Does what it says. High quality. Can breathe while bicycling up hills & in humid weather. Family noticed less congestion as we are all taking this. I don't think we should ever run out. Tried a lot of products but this one is the most effective out of all of them. Has opened up many activities that I couldn't do before due to breathing and congestion issues. This tackles both of them, even long term allergies from unknown sources. Thank you!

Stuff works. I smoked a pack a day and now I am trying to fix my lungs because I am trying to learn how to box this year. If you've ever boxed, you know that it is a cardio sport. I coughed a lot during my boxing classes and I had to sit out multiple times and pull out my inhaler during classes. This supplement has tremendously reduced the symptoms from me smoking all of the time. The pills are really easy to swallow and it doesn't smell bad. I'm really happy with my purchase! Id recommend this supplement to anyone looking to improve their lung health!

Was happy with all of the ingredients except one - Magnesium Stearate. This ingredient has been shown to be toxic to your digestive system so unfortunately I'll have to send these back. I've included the picture that the seller doesn't want you to see - the back of the bottle.

I have used it since I quit smoking to help clear my lungs. It has also been helpful with my lungs post Covid. It really seems to help.
