I bought these because they were on sale at the time and it was such a fun little project to do. I made sure the mixture didn't just absorb up the trunk but put some on the branches too and it turned out beautifully. It's been a month and they're still up!

We totally didn't expect how fast this little tree would bloom! In less than an hour the tree had little pink blossoms forming! As you can see in the advertising image, the bottom forms first. Like the image, out top never fully bloomed out. The pink blossoms do fall off easily, however, we put them back in the little tray, and added more water. The fallen blossoms dissolved, and the tree bloomed more. I suggest for the prettiest, and possibly sturdiest tree, that you take the time to separate and arrange the limbs artistically. The tree lasted about two weeks before falling apart. Great fun for the cheap price.

I got this gift for a friend. She set it all up, and the 'crystals' proved to be too heavy for the structure they were growing on. The tree ended up falling over and making a mess.

It was fun for my niece but the crystals grew pretty sparsely and looked nothing as nice as the photos. I'm glad she enjoyed the project overall.

It was easy setup

I got this for my husband, who lived in Japan for a couple years and loved the cherry trees. He had some doubts that it would work, but it did! Our whole family enjoyed this little science experiment. It looked like the picture, and it was fun to see the changes.

I thought this was a cute thing. But when my husband and daughter started working on it, it wasn’t as sturdy and it created a mess in the room. It bloomed for a few days then that was it. So underwhelming.

We LOVED this! Last time we ordered a crystal growing activity… took 7 to 10 days to ‘grow’. This one has not even been a full 24 hours yet & results are in the picture!
