XL, the material is elastic and adjustable so should fit 6 years + up to XL adult.

Do you only get 2 tails? So only 2 people play at once?

Game contains 2 monkey tails (along with lots of other stuff) and players take turns at wearing the tail for different challenges

Sadly you need 4 players minimum as some of the challenges are 2 players against two players.
