I love LogTags for temp and humidity recordings. They are no fuss, easy to set up and use compared to other sensors I've tried like the HOBO data logger sensors. HOBO is more precise and has more tools to use in the software, but these LogTags work great for recording temp and humidity in buildings. However, be warned that if you set up a LogTag in direct sunlight and you only want to measure the air temperature, you need to create a sunshade for it - the sunlight will heat up the sensor and throw off the reading.

Very nice and useful kit. It is easy to set up and to operate. I heard from colleagues that the batteries can be replaced or recharged, so maybe the manufacturer is stating that only last 2-3 years of continuous use in order for them to sale more new units.It is great that is capable to record 8000 readings (recorded in internal memory)! Hopefully they will come in the future with larger capacity for storage of allow the use of external media (SD cards) and with the capability of wireless transfers.

Easy to use, includes the software necessary for use. We use it to recheck humidity readings by others. We have not had to re-calibrate it yet.

Great investment for what I do. I am a Environmental specialist and it's exactly what I needed.
