Why does it say in the description that the brand name is ‘creative art materials’ and not caran d’ache?

That’s the seller. Pencils delivered were Caran D’Ache Luminance

Are these as good as my Holbein color pencils?

I really like my Caran D'ache pencils, but the Holbein's look great. I can't find a place to buy Holbein pencils in the US. I wish I could try them.

If I buy this 76 set and wanted to have the 100 set. Can I just buy the 20 pcs luminance and that should do it?
