As an ex-head lifeguard and swim instructor. This vest is amazing and less restrictive then other vests. The material felt very strong and it was easy to pack and inflate. Really liked that it had two air chambers, which added to the safety overall. A real game changer and highly recommended.

I got these for my toddlers for a trip to Mexico. I knew they would want to swim all day, and I needed an inflatable vest for space saving reasons. These packed in the suitcase nicely, and were pretty easy to blow up. They worked perfectly. The design allows the kids to still swim around freely, and submerge when they jump in, but gives me the peace of mind knowing they are protected. I got a lot of comments from others on how great these floaties were. The only downside is the clasp is not the strongest. My 5 year old wanted to be thrown in the pool all the time, and depending on how he landed, the clasp would open up. But, the shape allowed it to still stay on well so he could get to someone to clip it back up for him. I would recommend these.

This is a fantastic product! Used it with a barely 4 year old, timid, first time swimmer. Within 20 minutes she felt secure enough to paddle all over the deep end of a wave pool. It isn’t bulky or restrictive so even an older kid could comfortably wear it. Many parents at the pool were jealous of how free she could move around while their kids were in bulky life jackets or water wings that kept falling off.

I have a special needs child so after a lot of research I picked this product. Honestly we got it fast, it was great quality, thick like you could tell it wouldn't pop easily. I thought it would be perfect for my child whom doesn't have good body muscle control to keep it upright. It was not what we were looking for. It blew up easily, easy to put on, but if I let go of him his face would dip down into the water instantly! I assume if he was like a regular child whom had good core strength and could stand erect with no support it probably would work for them, but for my child's purpose it did not work. If I had a regular muscled child i would probably try it again.

We have tried multiple floaties and life jackets for my toddler. This one was cheap and we weren’t expecting much but we fell in love with it! It easily allows her to learn how to swim and doesn’t tip her backwards all the time. It fit great, didn’t leak, and she loved it.Only downside is that if your child has a sunburn or any skin irritation on their neck this floater does press against the neck and will irritate that.

This is our second Hyfoo swim vest. Great design and range of motion for little swimmers. Unfortunately after less than 2 months, this vest keeps deflating in the neck area (section 1). Apparently it is too late to return or exchange for a functioning vest.
