I’ve never been too excited about sugar cookies. That is until my wife used this lemon emulsion in a recipe that has become her new special dessert. The lemon emulsion works with the sugar cookie recipe along with scrapings from real vanilla beans to make cookies that all of her friends want during the holidays. Forget gobs of frosting, get a bottle of this and make some plain looking cookies that tantalize your taste buds.

Good product and the potency is great

I use this to add extra citrus punch to baked goods and frostings, and it does the trick. Not much needed, and the lemon flavor is very natural. This is ideal for frostings and fillings when you need just a little lemon flavor.

Smells a little like rancid oil, but my lemon cookies came out great so there is that. I assumed that the lemon flavor would be so intense that I would use less than my lemon extract. However, couldn't find any information about that on the site. When it arrived I then saw on the bottle that it is a 1 to1 in an exchange, hence the 4 star as other lemon oils state theirs is 1/4 to 1/2 of lemon extract.

I wanted to make a homemade lemon pound cake, but wanted to try something other than the usual lemon extract so o decided to buy this lemon emulsion and baby let me tell you the flavor was like I went to a bakery and brought a cake. The flavor was so intense but not over powering. Just say I now the bakeries secret.
