Great Core Bands
I use these bands for a core class that I'm taking. They are so sturdy and strong. I was pleasantly surprised. I love them. There are two sizes in the bag. One is bigger and they both provide adequate strength exercising aide. Great product!!

They are great non-slip glute bands
They are good, sturdy glute bands and they don’t sleep or move. They are great! I mainly use the heavy one.

Booty buster

Finally, bands that don't roll up when you use them!!
The media could not be loaded. I bought these looking for a sturdier set of booty bands that wouldn't roll up my thighs! I never understood how people could do all of those exercises and keep their bands perfectly in place 🙄 Well, I finally found a set. I am so pleased with how well these stay put.Pros: they are strong, nice to have two strengths, seem to be robust/stitching is good, and have rubber inside to stay in placeCons: really none. I am very pleased so far.Get these if you want a decently priced set of GOOD booty bands for a variety of workouts. Weights, yoga/pilates, or bodyweight.

Great quality, no slip, but could have more resistence
The quality is great! Thick sturdy fabric. Great construction. Doesn't hurt as bad as the latex ones. I have no complaints. They work as they're supposed to and the rubber part on the inside is not a strip of rubber sewn in like I thought it'd be (which I didn't like the idea of). It's way better than that. It's actually got like a rubbery fiber weaved into the fabric. So no slip and comfortable! The only disappointment I have is I really was expecting this to have more resistance. These are too easy for me. I'd either need a smaller band entirely to give me that resistance, or have the same size but in an even thicker fabric (so it's harder). But these are the perfect size, they're not loose, they're tight. I just want more resistance (or "weight"/"pounds"). I can still get a good workout from them though so I will be keeping them.

Great Bands That Are Worth The Price
I got these for my wife as she has asked for cloth resistance bands for quite awhile as she previously used Fit Simplify latex bands. The problem with the latex bands is that if you are actually working out hard and not in the gym for looks, the latex bands do not hold up. In less than 1 year, my wife has had the latex bands break 3 times. Now the company replaces them for free, but that's not the point. These cloth resistance bands give you a MUCH better workout and hold their shape. If you are serious about working out - trust me, these bands are the ones to get. But if you like the fancy colors and enjoy "going to the gym" instead of working out - save your money and get latex bands.
