Rough Country 3.5-6.5" N3 Front Shock Absorbers for 99-06 Chevy/GMC 1500 4WD - 23157_A

Fit perfect on my 25 year old GMC Sierra half ton pickup. Also I noticed that the shock cylinder and the shock ram is a lot heavier duty than the original ones that lasted me for about 2 years. Also I might add that it gives it better clearance and better stance and stability overall. It definitely improved the ride!. It’s like sitting on a cloud, thanks for a making a good shock absorber. I will be purchasing these shocks again, if my pickup will last another shock change or not? They were very simple and easy to install if you know what you are doing that is? Not everyone is mechanically inclined like myself, cause it took me 10 minutes to remove/replace and install the front shocks total.

Awesome shocks, went from bilstein shocks to these, I thought because of the price they might be a bad choice but they ride just perfect for me, my truck has over 250xxx miles so these do just fine for me.

Installed nicely and got him a couple days before I was supposed to it seem to be a fine shot time will tell

Perfect fit for my 2001 Chevy Silverado 1500 with 6" lift works great and helped stabilize the truck a lot better than the old shocks that were wore out.

Turned keys all the way up on my sons truck on some smaller version of these…didn’t work out well. Got the bigger ones. Seems a little more smooth now.

These brand new shocks are only slightly moderately better than the 23 year-old original manufacturer shocks that I replaced. They constantly bottom out and bounce the vehicle in places where they should not. I wish I had spent the extra money for Bilsteins, but it is a 23-year-old truck.

I'm on my 3rd Set of RC shocks. I give 4 stars because my second set failed after 1 month and I don't don't take my 4x4 offroad.

Great replacement absorbent feel used to shake after every little patch now resolved thanks kept the slight lift too
