Greg Jackson.......The Man, The Myth, The Legend. The man is one of the most celebrated MMA Trainers in existence. The myth is that this book holds the key to being sucessful in MMA. The legend will be that if you have ever practiced MMA then this book will probably not benefit you in the slightest. The book itself is fantastic. Great breakdown on technique and plenty of great play by play photo's. Unfortunately its frankly lacking that secret ingredient that i was expecting. This book is great for newcomers to the sport but for the more seasoned MMA enthusiast its just another title to add to the ever expanding bookshelf. Good book but could possibly benefit from coming down in price.
