Well...its my only robot vacuum but I am extremely pleased. The vacuum finally needed replacement parts after a few months but we use the heck out of it! A lot of dog hair too! It runs twice a day. Couldn't be happier with the purchase especially for the value - other ones are so much more. The replacement parts I ordered came quickly and were the same quality of the original ones!

I have a bad back and bad knees- vacuuming was imposible without causing me pain- decided to get my robout vacuum cleaner-Best investment I have made in a long time- I st timer for four in the morning and vacuuming is finished by the time I get up-

I have used this unit for about 3 months and it does a good job. Full charge of battery will give just under 2 hours of cleaning and does a good job on my tile floors and carpeted bedrooms.

I have a Bagotte BG600 and these were the o ly replacement filters I could find that are supposed to fit my model- they don't. Its a good 3/4" too small, and wider than the original. Don't waste your money. I'm going to get a new vac since I can't see to find filters that fit.Totally disappointing, especially when you: 1) buy from the manufacturer2) pay more for all the extra parts when all you need are filters.You get what you pay for in a robotic vacuum. This is a bargain model, do yourself a favor and save up for one that has better tech (like a Neato, I have one of those as well, , now looking to get the high end Shark) with lidar and mapping. This one can't suck up a pine needle and just bounces around the house until the battery dies.

The filters are too short😡Brushes work fine. But disappointed that the filters are the wrong size. Double checked and I ordered for the correct machine. Now what?
