We've been using these for our dog for years, and they have never disappointed. The pads are very absorbent and are big. They’ve helped a lot since our dog is only an inside dog and pees inside.

These bed pads perform as advertised. They do not leak through the bottom plastic layer. The absorbent material works well and traps all liquids.One thing that I still need to investigate is that while the elder sleeping on this pad is already wearing an adult diaper, it should hold plenty of urine and any excess that gets past the diaper does go into the pad. What I have found is sometimes, the entire pad is soaked. I do not know if there is that much urine being passed during the night or if the pad with the absorbent material is spreading the urine from one spot to the rest of the pad.Overall, please with the performance of these pads.

The disposable bed pads have been the best I've purchased. Sealed on all four sides to prevent leakage. Highly absorbent, soft fluff fill. The size and the absorbency make this a A 1 product. I have urgency issues and they are a big help for my problem.They are the greatest and disposable! You can even cover the floor if needed.We used these pads during a home birth to protect furniture and flooring and have been using the remainder to protect surfaces during diaper changes. They've been peed and pooped on directly and have held up perfectly and been very handy!We also use them on the bed at night, on chairs, couch, and they are so comfortable, these are mattress protector, did not leak through to the sheets. They are soft durable and completly disposable! No need to worry about an accident!

These underpads are not that thick and rip real easy. So far I dont see much leack through it just depend on the amount of liquid.
