A very good and very explicit anime
This anime is both very good and very explicit so it isn't kid friendly. If you are into this kind of thing and are into "THE PLOT" then this anime may be up you alley. Now this anime is more explicit than I remember and that's probably because the anime is uncensored this time. I like how the Blu-ray box cover hides a more explicit cover beneath it. The Blu-ray box says Uncensored Cover Inside with the tsundere teacher glaring at you. Now the story involves four teachers and their high schooler boyfriends getting involved in sexual shenanigans. I like how each teacher is an anime girl stereotype as well as some of the male characters. You got a tsundere, a shy dandere, a tan skinned big sister type, as well as a kuudere nurse type. I like how the dandere's boyfriend is big and muscular and a bit scary looking while she is a bit on the small side and is adorable and yet they somehow fit together. The tan skinned girl's boyfriend is a small Shotacon character who she treats like a kid. Since this anime is dubbed by Sentai Filmworks you should expect decent dubs like they did with Mahoromatic and To Love Ru (even though it took them over a decade to dub that). This anime dub does not disappoint. I really like the voice of the Tsundere Teacher and her boyfriend. The tsundere's boyfriend sounds just like the main guy in Prison School which makes sense since he is played by the same guy. The tsundere also voiced a character from Paniponi Dash! which is probably why she sounds familiar. I also like how the shota is voiced by the same guy who voiced Darling (Kimihito Kurusu) from Monster Musume which is pretty fitting considering the opening of this anime says "Darling" a few times. Oh yeah Monica Rial also voices the tan girl even though I am still mad at her ever since the Vic Mignogna incident. She actually lacks her cute voice in this. She sounds more mature and maybe a bit brash in this series instead of using her cute voice like Hayatt from Excel Saga. This anime is so over the top that there are times where I had to pause just to process what I just saw and contemplate life (okay not really) before continuing on. Seriously if Sentai is okay with this series then they should dub Interspecies Reviewers since Funimation won't do it.

Better than expected
This was better than I expected. It’s 12 half episodes and an OVA of what I would call “diet hentai”/rom-com. The story, for what little there is, kind’a holds up. Even if the situations are a bit contrived. The animation and voice acting (English) are very well done too. For what it is, it seems like it had a decent budget for production. I would have loved to have seen this stretched out to the standard half hour/24 episode run if the quality would have stayed the same. There was basically a total of 8 main characters with each couple getting three episodes dedicated to them with the others just make brief appearances. The OVA episode has all of them together. I think there was enough material to work with to have extended the series. However, with how it ended, there’s not really anywhere to go with the story to make a second season. There was something I realized at the end of it, thinking about Joe Rogan and one of his comedy bits. He talks about how society views the younger guy/older woman relationship VS. the other way around. With this story, you absolute could NOT reverse the sexes. Otherwise, you’d probably go to jail.

This was a cute series
this was fun. This is the reason I love anime. Cute characters and I can relax watching this at the end of a long and rough day.

Good watch
Surprisingly good anime. Four teachers hook up with four separate students. Generally, 2-3 episodes are dedicated to each teacher-student relationship before moving on to the next student. Uncensored with various compromising situations the teachers find themselves in, often ending up with little to no clothing. The amount of accidents and trips the boys end up making gets rather tiresome. Honestly, the scenes don't make much sense, but I guess the main objective is to get the teachers undressed as quickly as possible.

Dubious taste but very funny.
This is a review of the "Why the hell are you here teacher" anime. This is a single disk blu-ray with all thirteen episodes of the series. Each episode is short, approximately 13 minutes. This is an ecchi/fan service anime and in this form is uncensored. In theory this is a set of love stories but unfortunately it is about female teachers who fall for their students. Morally dubious is about right. Each short episode is split into two parts so this is fast paced. It is quite funny and the female characters are pretty but the situations the characters find themselves in are excrutiating and funny. It is very close to being both in bad taste and bordering on hentai. It doesn't go that far. The characters are well aware of the situations they find themselves in and the voice acting in Japanese is very well done.As a harem/ecchi anime this is a guilty pleasure. I'm sure many people who watch this will hate it. It is saved by its sense of humour. I enjoyed it but am well aware of its moral faults. I'd like to recommend it but am not sure I should. If you liked this you should try - Monster Musume, Rosario and vampire.

Buy this if you hate blatant censorship.
Censorship is all well and good, but sometimes it's just overly blatant. This series is among the more lewd anime fan services out there. Most series merely obscure the "indecent parts" with black bars, blurred imagery, character emojis, or conveniently placed objects. This anime, however, goes so far as to obscure nearly the entire screen with chibi character imagery laced with phrases like "Hey there!" even on popular anime streaming websites. This physical copy of "Why The Hell Are You Here, Teacher!?" forgoes the censorship seen in the televised version found on anime streaming websites. After I started watching this anime online for the second time, I couldn't take the blatant censorship anymore and ordered this physical copy of the series. After watching the uncensored version, I'm glad I bought this physical copy. And you should too if you hate blatant censorship.
