good sword, worth the price
overall this is a pretty nice sword especially for the price. then handle is a. little "katana - ish" but it gives a good grip and can be rewound later to a more traditional Chinese style, after all this is a Chinese sword! the blade is heavy and quite sharp the metal work seems about perfect. the hamen like is hmmm... maybe real. it is apparent but not really glaring at you and that is how a hamen should look they don't specify the steel aside from "high Carbon" but it seems up to the job. one caveat though. the sword was apparently packed with a heavy grease or wax to protect the blade. I'm still removing it! I think the whatever that stuff is it's been on there for a while and is caked on the inside of the sheath. I was able to get most of it out using a long thin piece of wood. I didn't subtract a star for that and overall I am happy with the sword.

NOT a heavy sword
This sword is woefully light. Product description says it is 4.4 pounds. DO NOT BELIEVE THAT! The sword is barely a pound in weight. Useful only for children. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SWORD

You will love this sword, I have no doubts
I rarely write reviews, but I am compelled to for this sword. I really am stunned by its quality. Superb craftsmanship, properly weighted. Feels incredible to swing. Ive spent half a day with it already, and foresee burning MANY calories practicing with this sword. Perfect meld of Chinese art and craftsmanship with the blade inspired by a katana. If you ever make a a Nagamaki kind of version of this sword, I’m going to be ordering it. This is honestly, WELL, WELLLLL worth the cost. Amazing buy, not a penny regretted. Thank you Lin Creative, if I could give 6/5 stars I would:)

Very built, looks fantastic.
I love this sword, its sharp and well balanced. Its kinda heavy, but works the arms well when performing tradition Chinese Sword forms. The Sheath is as amazing as the sword, I highly recommend this item

I love this sword!
This blade is very heavy duty and well made. I love how thick this is and it is definitely me of my favorite swords!

Good sword, will bend before it breaks
Seemed to be a great blade did very well with test cuts but my cousins bent it when I wasn't home so I only got to use it twice
