Makes tasty low carb frosting for a low carb cake
This is a good powdered sugar substitute for a low carb diet. It is not terribly clumpy and functions well as an ingredient in frosting. The bag size is perfect so that I don't have to keep a large quantity on hand. We have not noticed any stomach issues while using this product.

Great powder sugar alternative
As part of a low carb/ketoish household, this stuff is necessary to enjoy some sweet treats. No after taste, mixes smith, great tasting and reasonably priced.

Tastes just like sugar
Wow Tastes just like sugar! Hard to believe it has no calories!! I've used stevia for years and have gotten used to the bitter taste but I am so glad to find a replacement!

Good replacement for sugar
Does a decent job of replacing sugar what I like about it is that it doesn’t overpower my coffee and lose a good coffee taste

Finally Found Sweetener that Not allergic to ...
Have been doing very clean carnivore then ketovore lifestyle . I have had severe reaction to every sweetener, even the ones off of the clean , acceptable list by health coach Maria Emmerich . As a last try I reluctantly ordered this allulose which was minus the monk fruit . I put some in my tea . I also made psMF protein pudding . I also made protein pancakes using it . No gurgling stomach . No running to the powder room . No watery eyes . No endless mucus . No ragweed allergy type symptoms like other sweeteners will do . This is 70% less sweet than sugar so you may need to use more. Also it made my protein pancakes brown alot more and very fast so keep an eye on your cooking to use lower heat and remove sooner from pan .I was jhoplesss and getting ready to accept that I just could never have anything sweet ever again .But now I am hopeful this will be the sweetener I can enjoy minus the crohns type symptoms which seriously affected my life on every level .I am so happy I tried one more time .I have Alllulose mixed with MONK fruit at home and can tolerate that a little . But I still have a reaction to the monk fruit .I had almost given up.Glad I tried one more time. The flavor profile is not as well rounded as when you combine this with a bit of stevia glyceirte , but since I am highly allergic tp that . I do not even care .I am just excited to be able to enjoy sweetness in my tea , protein pudding and protein pancakes now and no longer to be so sick and debilitated because of the severe reaction.

Better Than Sugar
I use this in everything from coffee lattes to baking. It is an excellent sugar replacement and does not have all the unhealthy effects of sugar. It is not bitter like Stevia and does not have a cooling effect like erythritol. It dissolves quicky. The only downside...it's a lot more expensive than sugar. I have used it in glazes and cream cheese icing...works just like sugar. The best sugar replacement out there.

I like this brand
I prefer Allulose or Allulose monk fruit for my baking so that I don't get such a sugar spike. Good texture. But when I make my French cookies in the press I have to use some real sugar or they won't stay crisp. But I won't use erythitol blends because they make our lips feel cold. Allulose or Allulose blends are the best.

Too expensive
This is great stuff, it’s the price that is ridiculous for the amount you get. I will look elsewhere.
