This is a well built, heavy sofa! Very pretty sofa. If an older person buys this sofa, keep in mind they need some leg strength. The pull tab is very stiff, but I'm sure that will get looser as time goes by.The console is also well built, it has a gap between the back of the console and the pocket so that you can still have your gadgets plugged in, and still close the console, that gap doesn't close the pop up receptacle to plug the electronics in.Its a very soft fabric, it says faux leather, but it appears to be a very thick material with a brushed surface. The pull out drawer holds a lot of item's and it very easily pulls out.This delivery company has a lot to be desired! They were late in the evening delivering it! When they brought the giant box in, they bumped my 65 inch TV off my stand! It just so happens I was standing in front of it and caught it before it hit the floor! Give them plenty of clearance, or hold on to your valuables...I purchased this sofa the day before it went up in price by 300.00$ Ashley has this sofa for 1600$, so Amazon is the better buy!I'm hoping they sometime get the loveseat in stock to match my sofa.

This sofa was delivered in excellent condition, it fit through the door easily (I have a 32 in door). If you are worried about it fitting, you can always remove it from the box. The assembly was very simple, but this is rather heavy so you shouldn’t attempt to do this on your own.It looks great in my home, and it’s comfy to sit on if you prefer a stiffer seat. If you want a plush overstuffed sofa this is not it. The middle section is a little stiffer than the reclining seats so it’s probably not super comfortable to lay on across the three seats. However it does recline completely and is comfortable to lay on that way. This is also a wall hugging recliner so you can put it against the wall.Not a bad sofa for the price.

First, the delivery of this couch by XPO was perfect. The delivery company kept us updated on the arrival. The delivery people were polite and professional. The couch arrived in one box and was in perfect condition. It was easy to assemble. It has the right amount of firmness for us. I like how I can prop my feet up, without leaning all the way back. I also like how far it leans back if I want to recline. The couch has a good weight to it. Before I bought this couch, I went to the retailer's site and saw how well it rated. Since it was highly rated, I ordered it from Amazon. I was glad I ordered it through Amazon, because Amazon shipped the couch quickly. It only took 1 month for delivery compared to the 2 to 3 months it was going to take if I bought it in town.

My husband and I purchased this for a small media/sitting room. It has worked out well. It is a full size sofa, but a bit smaller than some. It is a little less plush than others, but plenty comfortable. The mechanics of the recliners work well and have dual recline positions... from feet up to full extention. The middle section folds down to a spacious platform area with two cupholders and convenient, pop-up access to electrical sockets, including USB.We are well pleased!

This sofa looks nice, is very comfortable but I'm not sure how long it will be comfortable with continued use. The foam used seems to be prone to compressing and staying that way even afer a few hours of use.Time will tell and I will follow up on this point after a year or so.

Only had for one year stitching coming apart now only after one year very uncomfortable

Excellent quality and easy to put together. Great for short to medium adults. I would buy again.
