Globe Ichthammol Ointment 20% (Drawing Salve) 1 OZ - Soothing Skin Relief, Treatment of Eczema, Acne, Boils, Splinters, Bee Stings - Maximum Strength

I've been dealing with an infected hangnail on my finger for a few days and ordered this stuff after googling what to put on it. I got it around 2pm today, it's now 11pm and it's already draining the infection! Not even a whole day and it's worked. I can't praise this stuff enough, I love it!The color is a little off putting but it doesn't smell bad like some reviews have said. I will be buying some more to have on hand since it's also supposed to work on splinters and mosquito bites. I'll also be recommending this to friends and family. I'm so happy with the results!

Ive had a boil in the crack of my buttocks, very painful, red, swollen and have had it for a couple days now. The pain was so bad I bought an ointment from heb but didn’t help at all so I research on amazon and found this ointment. I put it on maybe two-three times after it arrived and about one-two times again after I woke up the next day. I go and check my gauze and theres blood, so I run to the bathroom and the boil instantly opens up and is draining all the puss & blood. This ointment saved me from SO much pain. Couldn’t be anymore thankful.

Just recd ,not used yet , it is 20% Ichthammol, I can only find 10% in CVS, still not recovered after one week , that’s why I buy on Amazon, it have less odor than the one i bought in CVS.

I was in hopes of this being like the old-school "black draw salve" that my great grandmother used on me when I was a kid. It isn't. That's mostly on me. But -- the claims are that it will draw out ingrown hairs, boils, minor liquid-y cysts. I have such a cyst / ingrown hair that has been weepy for MONTHS. And I can NOT get it to go away. Not even antibiotics help. So, does this stuff live up to its claims? Hard to say definitively. Like, maybe what I have is outside the parameters? I honestly don't know. I had a dermatologist give me a RX for antibiotics and anti-inflamatories. They made it shrink for a while, but then stopped. I had hoped this would do the trick, and no. So, I honestly can't tell if this stuff lives up to its claims or not.

Boy the formula has certainly changed. I used this particular serve a long time ago and it worked wonders. This one is not as strong and it's been taken almost 10 days to get rid of a boil whereas the old formula took three days. I would not recommend this product. I don't feel it is very good

This drawing salve works!! I had a deep sliver for about 2 months, no success with my needle and tweezers. I applied the ointment, within 24 hrs it was completely gone. I highly recommend it!

This thorn was in my 4 year old daughter's foot for 2 days, and not visible at all. It was getting to the point where I wasn't even sure anything was in her foot and maybe it was just a puncture wound hurting her. After 2 hrs of this salve with a bandaid covering it, this thorn popped out with 1 squeeze. I couldn't be more impressed with a product!!
