My wife has a terrible sinus problem and this machine is the only thing she can use to help her breathing. We have one at our home and another at one that we carry with us when we are away. They are made really well and always work: easy to clean and a great buy. We highly recommend recommend this product. We have had the original machine for over seven years.

This Navage Multi-User Bundle has been a game changer for me. It’s helped with my allergies, improved my breathing, and even made fighting off colds much easier. In fact, ever since I started using it, I haven’t had a full-blown “sick sick” episode — and I genuinely believe it cuts down on the number of viruses that manage to get in through the nose. The system is easy to use, relatively simple to clean, and it delivers noticeable results quickly. The only minor downside is that it does take up some counter space since it needs to dry between uses after washing, but that’s a small trade-off for what it provides. If you struggle with congestion, allergies, or seasonal illnesses, this is absolutely worth it. A solid 5-star product.

So I came back to update review, in case this helps someone else. I found the troubleshooting page, and did what it said, covering the bottom of the pump with the bottom tank to protect the battery and motor, I rinsed the top salt pod container, and the plug with extremely hot water for minimum of 30 seconds to dissolve salt crystals. Then put in the distilled water and new salt pod, and viola! Back in business! Even though we have cleaned thoroughly after each use, the high concentration of salt is prone to have crystal build-ups and clogs. SO HAPPY it is working again!! I would give 5 stars for the way this machine works, and the results, but 1 star because it stopped working suddenly altogether. My daughter really likes the Navage system, she says it does a good job flushing her sinuses and helping her breathe better. That being said, when she tried to turn it on to use this last time, it would not turn on. We replaced the batteries, and still nothing. We have taken great care of this, cleaning as instructed after each use, and letting it dry on the caddy we purchased separately. She’s super bummed that it just stopped working after only a few uses. I’m upset also, as these things aren’t cheap, and I was happy to finally have something to help her be more comfortable.

WOW. Have been contemplating this purchase for some time and when daughter was looking for Christmas gift suggestion, I decided to go for it. Used today for first time. Used tap water by mistake, oh well, wasn’t a big deal. It is not really pretty, but my head has been so congested for the last several days (head has been pounding). It was a very odd feeling but the suction really cleaned me out. Not the most beautiful site, but I feel so much better. Batteries had to be changed to get it to work and that’s a tiny bit of work, but overall, I think this product will be a game changer for our family. Only four stars cuz of battery issue and the fact that I don’t know how long the motor will last, but so far, absolutely worth the investment.

Great device. We use it nightly, 2xday if sinus problem. Came with salt packs (30?) and we got some of the other available 'flavors'. Easy to use, easy to clean. We had good experience with even the 1st try, which surprised us.

I am on my 3rd Navage since 2018. An AMAZING product. I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr Levine at the Cleveland Clinic. I had a botched surgery by the VA and this was the only product that worked flawlessly for me. I actually wrote the the company and told them my story and how the Navage helped me in so many ways and the only relief I found. He invited me to the Cleveland Clinic and he went out of his way and me correct some of the damage the VA had done. I can't recommend any product that even comes close to thing. If you suffer from ANY sinuous issues, you need this. Trust me! They are also well built and built to last. I've bought 3 of them in 8 years. The box show in the photos is from 2018.

Two serious design flaws. And these flaws make it unusable by those who need it most. NOTE… device can’t work for you if you have deviated septum or other sinus issue that stops mucus/ fluids to move freely between nostril cavities. 1. If you have deviated septum or had sinus surgery, chances are fluid doesn’t travel in one nostril and out the other. Even a bad cold that is worse in one sinus. Which means this won’t work for you ar all. Absolutely no irrigation occurs. An infant rubber nasal squeeze ball performs better. 2. Only way to use device (if pathways in sinuses are open) is to either turn your head to great degree and attempt to turn device without it leaking. Either way ends up with leaking around tank connections. Lots of unused wasted distilled treated water all over you and your bathroom. I used it for 2 weeks and Never got a single drop of water in “used” tank. Just all over me.

I was skeptical but willing to try anything at this point! It takes some practice to get used to but figured it out quickly. This actually helps more than anything else I've tried! Dry cracked even bleeding nasal passages finally get some relief! I use it daily now in these dry winter months and continue to have improvement in comfort, breathing, and healing of the " so dry it cracked and bleeds" nasal passages. Love that it comes with 2 sets of nose ports so the wife can use it too.
