Q: Will this wideband lnb record 2 channels at the same time on a new 4k freesat box using 1 cable from my satellite dish?

No. Wideband requires Vertical and Horizontal signal unlike aingle cable, hence it needs two cables and your box needs to have Wideband option setup, otherwise this LNB won’t work.

Q: Do wideband lnbs work with receivers and that use a Standard lnb

Wideband lnbs work with sky Q and some new 4k freesat boxes not standard boxes

Q: What are the two outputs for H and V for?

Horizontal and vertical polarisation. Don't worry too much about the actual details, just connect H to H and V to V.

Q: Will this fit a freesat dish

If your Freesat dish is an ex Sky dish it will fit. My very old Sky dish meant that it was not a direct replacement and I had to modify slightly. If yours is a more modern dish it should be OK.
