Very delicious and easy to prepare
I made sugar syrup on the side first. I used a Knafeh pan that I greased up with some melted butter and pressed a layer of the Knafeh on top. Then I shredded some fresh Mozzarella on top and padded it dry with a paper towel. I put it on the stove and covered it with an oversized lid to trap moisture inside until the mozzarella melted, then removed the lid once I was happy with the cheese melt level. Make sure to leave some gap where you can see the crust to know if it is done. It usually only needs 6-10 minutes. I take it off the heat when the edge starts to shift from gold brown to dark brown. I then flip it on a plate, put on some sugar syrup, and enjoy 😋 Tip: sometimes I microwave the mozzarella for 10-15 seconds to warm it up a bit if it just came out of the fridge.

Makes making knafeh super easy
I’ve never made anything like this before and got the idea from a TV show. The dough is perfect and the instructions make it so easy for someone like me to make this delicious dish for the very first time. If you use an oven 15 minutes at 365 with door open 4 inches then 6 minutes closed to brown dough worked perfect for me since I do not have a fire option.

Not exactly Knafeh!
It’s Ok, but if you’re looking for real authentic knafeh you’ll be disappointed. The ingredients aren’t correct it should just be shredded phyllo dough. It’s closer to basboosa, it tastes good though.

Great product that makes life super easy!
I just got the kunafa ready mix. It came pretty quickly. I was shocked when I saw there was a $20 shipping charge but when I saw how the package came with an ice pack inside of a special thermal enclosure with the complimentary bag of product, I felt it was worth it. Kunafa came great! Was my first time making kunafa. This product made it super easy. I made a video and will upload it to the page if I can.

not what I expected
Just so that you know, this is ground and not the strips. It is like almond flour consistency.

Great quality And delivered fresh
The quality is amazing and it was delivered fresh I. An insulated bag on the fedex truck ( great deal for free shipping) When I made it at home the taste was just like the one you eat at the stores overseas ( tastes like home )

Amazing knafeh!!!
This knafeh is very delicious!!! The entire family enjoyed eating it. My son said it reminded him of home “Jordan”. Following the video made it easier for me to prepare. We will definitely order it again. I really recommend it for everyone! Thank you Rami for the amazing service and the bonus packages!!

Okay, not as easy as it seems
It took a few tries and a lot of adjustments to reach this color and consistency. It’s not as easy as the instructions make it seem. I had to mix it with melted butter and some orange blossom water, bake it for around 10 minutes and then melting the cheese on top of it on the stove top. Still it didn’t turn out like the real deal you would get in Lebanon, but close enough.
