I have been using this Japanese seasoning for years. This can be used in any dish such as vegetable soup, egg drop soup, vegetable stir fry, fried rice, etc. and can be made thicker so the food really tastes better. I will continue to use this for years to come!

If you have this and hot water you have the makings of a quick stock for a bowl of soup. Those dreadful college dorm instant ramens or Cup o’ noodles? Prepare as directed and add a little squirt of this paste and maybe some soft tofu and you have elevated the soup ten steps. Until you are familiar with its goodness go easy as it is salty. Cut back on the recipes soy sauce or salt in tandem with this delicious flavor enhancer. Thank you, Japan!

I've known this product for a long time, and I was looking for this product. I live in Orange, California, but I gave up because I didn't sell it anywhere, as expected, it's very easy to use and tastes good, thank you

It is very tasty, but it took too long to get it.

I use this to make fried rice and the whole family loves it! It adds a ton a sodium, however, so when using with soy sauce you need to be super careful about tasting the dish and adding slowly so as not to end up with just a salt bomb of food. I didn’t really notice the “burnt garlic” flavor—just a strong chicken bouillon taste.

Got this a few months ago & I've been curious about trying it out but I kinda regret buying it. It's a cooking paste that you can basically multitask w/ but if you put it on some oil cause I've done it to cook it down but this puffed up, became a nasty brown color & harden up. I wanted to use it rice but it just didn't work. I haven't used it again ever since that incident now it's just in my fridge not being used at all. I'll try again maybe on some chicken or pork but I'm just not a fan of this paste so I will probably not purchase this again.

You can use this one product for many recipes. Great taste!
