This product definitely saved my pup’s life and maybe more.I have a sweet little basset and a mini aussie rescue. I ordered these to carry with me when hiking or in off leash parks. I only recently, since November, have started carrying one with treats and bad dispenser.A huge Pit attacked my basset. Owner was screaming and pulling on the dog, I was pushing and punching. It was having NO effect. — and my basset was dying…. and then I remembered I had the spray.It worked flawlessly and I was spraying it directly in the dog’s eyes and it still took some time for the effect to hit enough and he came back for a second and third attack but now getting a face full each time finally left for home.Zero doubt my dogs are killed without the spray and that dog was out of its senses. It was a killing machine. As it is, I’ve gotten some time in the ERbehind me and Basset is struggling with second surgery but we would not have made it this far without this spray.My concern with the product comes from its use. The stream of pepper spray is very thin and carries little more than a foot. It may well be that the product’s convenient dimensions just mean those are necessary trade offs. I don’t know. That’s more of an observation. My last one is more of a concern. While this worked on an attacking dog, I wonder how effective it would be against a human antagonist. I ended up with back spray on my face, eyes, and lips and it damn well hurt but I wasn’t incapacitated. I also worry an attacker could simply block the spray with a hand and close the distance in a step making the product almost useless.So, I have this product with 1 full canister and one nearly half full still - after considerable use. I will continue to carry this but have purchased a taser to carry for two legged threats.

Love the compactness of this and carry it on solo long runs on the bike trail. Haven’t had to use it yet but the switch top is easy to use and it is comfort to hold!

Opened box. One can is missing a red sliding trigger cap. Contacted Sabre customer service and they were absolutely wonderful helping me resolve the issue promptly by initiating a replacement being mailed to me with prepaid return label for the 2 pack I received with a missing slider cap/trigger.

This is a great size for pocket, purse, side door pocket. Not entirely happy with the safety. Feel that the safety should be a little stronger and have a more positive “click “.

I like the way the goes into your fist when running or walking! Hopefully won’t have to use it but definitely helps make me feel a little safer!
