I am very impressed as having tried so many creams, over the years, this is the best. I have psoriasis and neopathy, and my feet so uncomfortable with thickened skin and sore cracks. I followed the instructions, one treatment daily ( it did sting a little bit but bearable and now gone) but have added my own little “ extra”. I use the Footmender after a shower in the evening ( just the once) five or so minutes later I massage with an aqueous cream Cetreban. I reapply Cetreban the following morning and lunchtime before repeating the whole process again. It’s a case of forming a routine and my feet are really beginning to appreciate, the creams & massage are working. The dead scaly skin with the Footmender protects the cracks whilst mending, the Cetreban just moisturises to help keep skin supple, the massage helps the numbness of neopathy - for me this is an all round win- win. After one week - a gently pedicure, I use a rotary one - but keeping it gentle, this is new skin with just a covering of old using as thin protection, a healthy normal colour. If this progress continues, I reckon in 2/3 weeks I will have feet to be proud of.

This stuff is expensive but so worth it. I have tried literally everything for my dry and cracked feet and nothing worked. It got to the point last week when I could hardly walk due to splits under my big toes and deep fissures on my heels. After using this cream for a few days my feet have improved beyond anything I expected. When I first applied it there was some stinging due to the cuts but this was bearable and eased off after a few hours. I will continue to use this every day as instructed as it is definitely worth the investment. Very very happy.

This is an excellent foot cream, the best I've ever used & I've tried a lot. I'd been using it for 2 weeks when my podiatrist came and noticed the improvement immediately. Skin far softer & calluses much reduced. I've now finished the can & have used it at the recommended once a day, 2 pump strokes per foot. It's lasted 5 weeks. I love this cream but at £29 per can, sadly, I will have to find a more affordable option

So This works better than any other cream I've tried and I've tried alot of them, but flaws/warnings listed below.The product isn't quite a cream and it's in a pump tube that just doesn't work for it, you don't get even pumps sometimes you get almost nothing come out, it's really annoying.You do need to file your feet, this does soften it better than any other creams so it comes off quick but depending on callus buildup I would file every two days while using this, I've used this for two weeks and the change is amazing.It has strong acids so wash hands after use, I have eczema on my hands and it's made it worse.Lastly the price is insane!Definitely will go back to my regular urea cream after I've finished this.

I was skeptical when I bought this but been using it daily for 4 weeks and my feet are the best they have ever looked- no more cracked heels!!

This is good for dry flaky skin on my feet but it in no way softens the hard skinI used for a few weeks but my hard skin got worse so had to revert back to my foot softenerTherefore I have to say no good for hard skin on feet

I suffer from cracked heels and this stuff is amazing. It really does fix in 24-48 hrs.I should use it more often and prevent issues happening - but that's hardly the fault of the product!

I haven't found a product that works as well as this one before. I'm disabled and have poor mobility, my heels get sore and cracked skin on the heels really badly. Previously I've had to try and file off the dead skin, then apply a high % urea cream.....and it works a little but as soon as I miss out any of the routine my feet get awful again. I'm now unable to bend and balance to file my feet and I use this after I shower and within a week (3 showers) my feet improved dramatically! Nearly all the cracking had gone within a month of the same amount of use. This is my second bottle of this magic potion, I now just use it to keep my feet from getting dry and cracked.
