This item is perfect and is exactly what I was hoping it would be. All of the landmine adapters I could find locally were just for Olympic bars. This one, at a fraction of the price, works for both Olympic bars and standard bars. It's excellent quality. Great product.

Wanted a V grip for narrow pulldowns or rows, and a landmine that could take both standard and Olympic bars, so it's hard to imagine beating this combo for the price(~1/4 to 1/3 what you'd pay for a name brand landmine alone). The landmine is lightly built, with some slop in the bracket due to loose tolerances-not perfectly square with the piece it screws into(it has to be able to turn from side to side, so can't be tightened all the way down, anyway). This does not impede its use, and people make homemade landmines with a piece of PVC pipe, so the lack of "rock solid" construction is not a practical issue, IMO. There were included anchors for mounting, but mine is attached to a plate tree that uses 2x2" tubing. It could just as easily be screwed to a board. We did "landmine" exercises for decades with the end of a bar just stuck in a corner, so this is more than fine. You can make up any number of goofy exercises for a landmine, though even the more legit ones that get past 45° can be pretty questionable due to the resistance curve, but they're fantastic for rows, and work well for belt squats with a suitable attachment. For anyone who doesn't know, the V grip can be used for t-bar rows(my favorite variation) with no attachments necessary. The V grip itself is actually quite nice, too, with good knurling and welds. I'd have been perfectly satisfied with either piece at this price point, so getting both makes this combo a fantastic bargain.

I have limited space on my rack, which is a Yoke anyway, limited floor space, and will not be mounting equipment to the walls. I like having a place for my 45’s and an extra barbell in addition to this unit being portable. It’s made well enough so far for home gym use. No complaints whatsoever and I have enjoyed the portability and utility for a lower price than some units that attach to the rack and take up vertical space. I’m a sucker for things that serve multiple purposes and so far this does not sacrifice performance to do so. Only giving 4 stars because it has not been used long enough to determine dependability and durability over time.

This is the workout accessory. I didn’t know that I needed! I was browsing online and came across it and being that it was on sale for $15. I thought I’d take a chance. I was a little skeptical that the quality wouldn’t be great, but boy was surprised. It is extremely well-made And heavy duty. I like the gripping on the handles so you don’t have to worry about slipping. It was very easy to attach to my barbell and tighten for security. This landline accessory opens up so many new exercises that I can now do, without hurting my hands!! Totally worth it!

Absolutely perfect. This fits under my free weight tree. Love how durable and useful this device is. I should never need to, but if I had to I would purchase it again. It’s nice to incorporate land mines back into my routine.

Works perfectly, can hit all different angles and best part is it fits under virtually any squat rack leg or plate tree so you don’t have to mount it to rack holes.

I know there are multiple purchases falling under the same reviews so to be clear got the knurl handle bars for the 2 inch Olympic bar also good to mention it was Not the rubber option. Simply. I like this item. It feels sturdy. Strong. And fit my 2 inch Olympic bar easily. The thin grips are easy to handle. Not much to say about I but it does the job. Will update if any issues but as of now this thing is perfect.

El montaje es facilísimo y el giro de 360° te permite entrenar como quieras, donde quieras. Es súper robusta y se nota que aguanta caña de verdad. Lo mejor es que vale tanto para barras estándar como olímpicas. Si quieres ponerte fuerte sin salir de casa, este accesorio es top. Recomendadísima 🏋️‍♂️
